Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@fragrancelord.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

For returns, a restocking fee starts at 20% and may increase depending on the condition of the product and the extent to which it has been used. Additionally, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 2-4 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you did not purchase insurance at checkout, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend selecting insurance to ensure your package is protected.
