We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unopened item with its original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note, for any return or unclaimed order, we will deduct a shipping cost ranging from $8 to $12 from the refund amount to cover the costs of shipping.

For used fragrances, we offer a prepaid return label, and after we inspect the product, we charge a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30%, depending on the extent of use. Please be aware that the shipping cost deduction applies in addition to any restocking fees for returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For our travel sprays, we also have a strict return policy. Due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination, we cannot accept returns of opened or used travel sprays. We ask that our customers carefully consider their purchase before opening the product to ensure that they are satisfied with their choice.
