At FragranceLord, we are committed to offering our customers 100% genuine and authentic products. We take great care in sourcing our products directly from authorized distributors, and we stand behind every product we sell.

In addition to our dedication to product authenticity, we are also committed to providing exceptional customer service. Our customer service team is available 24/7 via email or phone to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unopened item with its original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. For used fragrances, we offer a prepaid return label, and after we inspect the product, we charge a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30%, depending on the extent of use. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For our travel sprays, we also have a strict return policy. Due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination, we cannot accept returns of opened or used travel sprays. We ask that our customers carefully consider their purchase before opening the product to ensure that they are satisfied with their choice.
