All Fragrance Lord orders placed before 4 p.m EST are shipped the same day (except for weekends which are shipped on the following business day). Orders Usually take 2-4 days to deliver, as we cannot guarantee same day delivery due to variable 3rd party courier scheduling. You can also choose the carrier you want us to ship your orders like, USPS, UPS,Fedex and DHL.

Shipping insurance: If a product has been dispatched with a requirement for signature confirmation and you assert that it hasn't been received, the insurance will not provide coverage for any packages dispatched with this mandate and subsequently reported as missing

For used fragrances, we offer a prepaid return label, and after we inspect the product, we charge a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30%, depending on the extent of use. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For our travel sprays, we also have a strict return policy. Due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination, we cannot accept returns of opened or used travel sprays. We ask that our customers carefully consider their purchase before opening the product to ensure that they are satisfied with their choice.
