For used fragrances, we offer a prepaid return label, and after we inspect the product, we charge a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 30%, depending on the extent of use. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For our travel sprays, we also have a strict return policy. Due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination, we cannot accept returns of opened or used travel sprays. The metal plate with the fragrance name on the cap was tarnished. Since it looked aged I Google the batch date and discovered the bottle was older. It smells fine but older than I would have preferred.
