Is Fragrance Lord legit?

Yes. Fragrance Lord is an online fragrance store that has served customers in the US since 2017. Every order is packed and shipped by our own team, and you can read thousands of verified buyer reviews on our reviews page.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. We sell only genuine, brand-name fragrances. We never sell knockoffs, clones, imitations or refills passed off as originals. Read how we source and check stock on our Authenticity & Sourcing page.

Why are your prices lower than department stores?

We buy in volume from brands and established distributors, run lean as an online-only store and pass the savings on. Lower prices come from how we buy, not from what is in the bottle.

Do you sell testers or unboxed bottles?

Product titles and size options say exactly what you are buying. If a listing does not say tester or unboxed, it is a full retail bottle in its original packaging.

What are travel sprays and samples?

Travel sprays and samples are small amounts of the same authentic fragrance, filled from genuine bottles into small atomizers or vials, so you can try a scent on your skin before buying a full bottle. They are sold by size, from 2 ml upward.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States and to Canada. Orders over $68 qualify for free shipping where shown at checkout.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed on business days ship the same day by priority service; weekend orders ship the next business day. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your item. Email info@fragrancelord.com first and we will send a return label; items sent back without a return request are not accepted. A restocking fee starting at 20% applies and the return label cost is deducted from the refund. Travel sprays and samples cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See the full refund policy.
