This is my favorite fragrance of all time. When I found Alien on sale for such an amazing price for the 3 oz bottle I purchased it immediately without hesitation. The next day I realized that I had accidentally unchecked the shipping protection during checkout and I reached out to their customer service team asking if I could somehow add it back onto my order. Since it was the weekend, I didn't expect a response right away and was nervous that it wouldn't be possible to adjust my order in time before it shipped. To my surprise, their customer service team replied an hour later and cancelled my order so that I could quickly reorder with shipping protection and still take advantage of the coupon code for their Mother's day sale. My order arrived just 6 days later and was packaged very well.
