All Fragrance Lord orders placed before 4 p.m EST are shipped the same day (except for weekends which are shipped on the following business day). Orders Usually take 2-4 days to deliver, as we cannot guarantee same day delivery due to variable 3rd party courier scheduling. For our travel sprays, we also have a strict return policy. Due to hygiene reasons and the potential for contamination, we cannot accept returns of opened or used travel sprays.
